Dr. John Coski, Historian at the Museum of the Confederacy and author of The Confederate Battle Flag: America's Most Embattled Emblem, will examine the history of the Confederate battle flag and why it is still such an emotional symbol 147 years after its final official furling.
Refreshments will be served at 6:30 pm and the lecture will begin at 7:00 pm.
Cost: Free for Museum members, $5.00 for non-members.
