The Museum of the Confederacy—Appomattox offers your guests a unique entertainment experience with several elegant venues for special events. Rental options include the Robertson Family Education Center, Lobby, galleries, A.M. “Smiley” Ratliff Gallery Hall, Garland Gray Terrace, South Porch, Pavilion and Entrance Court.

1. Robertson Family Education Center | $50 per hour
   Free for local non-profit organizations

   Fee covers: On-site staff, tables, drop-down screen, projector, chairs & podium.
   Accommodates: 60 seated theater style, 56 seated rectangular tables, 48 seated round tables (730 square feet)
   Available during and after Museum hours.
    

2. Robertson Family Education Center, lobby, A.M. “Smiley” Ratliff Gallery Hall, Garland Gray Terrace, South Porch, Pavilion, and Entrance Court | $150 first hour
   Each additional hour $50

   Fee covers: Three hours, on site staff, screen, projector, tables, chairs, & podium.
   Accommodates: 300 standing reception, 100 seated meal, 60 seated lecture.(2,000 square feet)
   Not available during Museum hours.
    

3. Robertson Family Education Center, galleries, lobby,  A.M. “Smiley” Ratliff Gallery Hall, Garland Gray Terrace, South Porch, Pavilion, and Entrance Court | $250 first hour
   Each additional hour $100

   Fee covers: Three hours, on-site staff, screen, projector, tables, chairs & podium.
   Accommodates: 500 standing reception, 100 seated meal, 60 seated lecture. (7000 square feet).
   Not available during Museum hours.
